Sky on Metro - Mawson Lakes

This 3 storey reinforced concrete structure building is located in the newly developed Mawson Lakes precinct and was completed in 2010. The building comprises of residential accommodation on level 3 and commercial tenancies on the other levels. Load bearing precast panels were used extensively for the high quality concrete finish and speed of construction.
The design was produced by Vartzokas Architects and constructed by Cox Constructions.
