About CPR

Combe Pearson Reynolds is a progressive firm of structural and civil engineers, specialising in the design of building structures. We tailor design and document packages to suit the needs, budget and demands of our clients.

Through strong relationships CPR has managed an expanding workload over the last 5 years covering a diverse range of projects in the building industry.

We relish the opportunity to create subtle yet effective building structures which compliment the architectural statement.

History

David Combe & Associates (DCA) commenced providing consulting civil and structural engineering services to the SA community in 1985. The quality and reliability of the practice was underpinned by previous Defence, project management and technical skills through a variety of Australian and overseas projects.

Over the next 20 years DCA expanded its fulltime staff and developed experience in most fields of civil and structural engineering to the point where it served a broad client base consisting of Architects, Project Managers, Builders, Property Developers and Owners.

Combe Pearson Reynolds was raised in March 2005 with Partners Neil Pearson and David Reynolds joining the firm to form a new structural and civil consulting firm. They each brought experiences and abilities from 20 years of building design and construction methods in the South Australian regional areas.

Philosophy

Our principle philosophy is 'to provide Economic Solutions for the Construction Industry through sound civil and structural engineering design'.

At CPR we acknowledge that each project and building design requires a specific approach and engineers and drafters allocated to the project are tailored to suit the design specifics. In this manner the building architectural design and structural requirements are met in a well arranged and timely manner.

CPR is conscious that building construction methods along with the economical use of materials allow for project budgets to be achieved.
